Brunei Darussalam has been a SEAMEO member since 1984 and is represented on the SEARCA Governing Board by Dr. Suhaimi bin Haji Abdul Wahab.

Cambodia is a founding member of SEAMEO and is represented on the SEARCA Governing Board by Dr. Huon Thavrak
