SEARCA's agri-incubation initiatives aim to transform early-stage concepts into field-ready innovations by linking entrepreneurs with expert mentors, prototyping facilities, and local market channels across Southeast Asia. These include the Grants for Research towards Agricultural Innovative Solutions (GRAINS) and its work with social impact accelerators.

Moreover, the SEARCA Hub for Agriculture and Rural Innovations for the Next Generation (SHARING) is a powerful innovation and open collaboration platform and access tool that serves as a gateway for information, programs, resources, and networks.

Innovation Program

Grants for Research towards Agricultural Innovative Solutions (GRAINS)

GRAINS offers short-term starter funds to collaborative actions aimed at transformative innovations for more sustainable agriculture and rural development across Southeast Asia. GRAINS will support the translational research and community knowledge transfer of technologies and products that will lead to diffusion or adoption through partnership with the players and actors in the agro-innovation ecosystem.
