Sa Philippine Biotech Status doon sa mgana aprobahan para sa import katulad ng pagkain, feed and processing alfalfa, canola, cotton, eggplant, maize, potato, rice, sugarbeets na ang Biotech maize planted by 673,000 farmers sa 875,000 ektarya ( 2019) ang nakuhang benipisyo mula 2003-2018 ay umabot ng $872.6 million sa 2018 alone $87.7 million.
